Terms and Conditions for the Processing of Personal Data for Marketing Purposes
1. Controller of Your Personal Data
AT Quality Products s.r.o., with its registered office at Jenečská 11, Prague 6 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), is authorized to process your personal data for marketing purposes (as the personal data controller) based on your freely given consent to the processing of your personal data for these purposes, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”), and in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Act.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security for personal data processing appropriate to the associated risks.
Processing is intended only for persons who are over 18 years of age.
2. Conditions for Granting Consent
By ticking the checkbox within the registration form during the registration process, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and you grant our company consent to send you selected commercial communications with offers of products and services from our partners, in which you have freely expressed interest by completing the registration form.
You agree that these companies may contact you for the purpose of offering their services and products in which you have freely expressed interest by ticking the consent checkbox.
The consent you provide is voluntary. You may refuse to grant consent or withdraw your consent at any time via the contact details provided below. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
3. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your consent is valid for one year from the date it is granted, or until you withdraw your consent by sending an email to info@foliexpert.cz, or by clicking the OPT-OUT link in a marketing email.
After withdrawal of your consent or after the expiration of the consent period, we will no longer process your personal data for marketing purposes. Your personal data will be completely deleted unless another legal basis exists that allows for longer retention of your personal data.
4. Processed Data
For the purposes stated in this consent, your personal data will be processed to the extent of: first name, last name, email address, phone number, region, and any message you leave in the registration form.
The personal data we process for marketing purposes are obtained directly from you.
5. Personal Data Processed Exclusively for Marketing Purposes (Purpose of Processing)
We cooperate with a limited number of companies in the construction industry that may contact you by phone or email with offers of their services if you have expressed interest in them or requested more information about their services by entering your personal data in our registration form.
6. Legal Basis for Processing
Processing for marketing purposes is based exclusively on your freely given consent, which you have the right to withdraw at any time.
We may also process this data on the basis of and for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations (especially record-keeping obligations, etc.) and on the basis of our legitimate interest for the purpose of protecting our legal claims.
7. Spam protection
To protect our contact forms against automated spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. During the verification process, the service processes technical data necessary to identify automated traffic, such as the IP address, User-Agent, and other technical signals. 8. Your Rights in Relation to Personal Data
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes through the contact details of our company provided below.
You have the right to access your personal data – you have the right to obtain information about the purpose of processing, the categories of processed personal data, the recipient or categories of recipients to whom the personal data will be disclosed, the planned duration of processing, information about the source of personal data, whether automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects occurs, and the possible transfer of personal data to a third country.
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data or completion of incomplete personal data concerning you.
You have the right to object to processing if the processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes or on the basis of legitimate interest.
You have the right to erasure of your personal data if the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were processed, or if you have withdrawn your consent and there are no legal grounds preventing deletion.
You have the right to restrict processing if you contest the accuracy of personal data, if the processing is unlawful, if you object to processing, or if our company no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes but you require them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
You have the right to data portability of the data you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit those data to another controller, provided that the processing is carried out by automated means and is based on your consent or on a contractual legal basis.
You have the right not to be subject to any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. When processing your personal data, no fully automated decision-making or profiling takes place that would produce legal effects for you or similarly significantly affect you.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic (www.uoou.cz).
You may exercise your rights regarding personal data through our contact details or by submitting a complaint directly to the Office for Personal Data Protection.
8. Access to Your Data and Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data from the registration form may be provided to a limited number of companies in the construction industry that may contact you (recipients).
A limited number of our employees may also have access to personal data, and we may provide access to your personal data to persons who provide services related to personal data processing (processors).
All persons involved in personal data processing are authorized and trained in personal data protection and security. We have concluded data processing agreements with processors, and all employees and persons of processors are required to sign confidentiality agreements regarding the processed personal data.
Your personal data are not transferred by our company to any third country or international organization.
